Come work in a flexible fun atmosphere! We are a group therapy practice seeking a licensed psychotherapist, LCSW, LPC or LMFT, for our team who is or can be credentialed as a Tricare provider. Therapist responsibilities include initial assessments, individual, group, and family sessions, community collaboration, case management, file maintenance, and court appearances. Experience with trauma, child welfare, domestic violence, and military families is a plus. Generous benefits package, flexible hours, team approach.

We offer our full-time employees:

• Full Caseload is equal to 25 Hours per Week (50 per Pay Period)

• Flexible Schedule

• Generous PTO - One hour per nine paid hours - a Minimum of 135 hours annually
  (Equivalent to 3 Weeks of Paid Vacation and 10 Holidays Based on Minimum Caseload)

• Sick Leave Accrued at 1 Hour per 30 Hours Worked, Capped at 48 per Year

• PTO/Sick Leave Total Value to the Employee Between $2500 and $6500 dollars annually-depending on compensation rate and hours worked.
